Meet Jessie

As a professional, solutions-focused coach, I am deeply committed to helping clients navigate career and life transitions, achieve physical and emotional wellbeing, or implement any kind of meaningful change in their lives. I bring extensive expertise in entrepreneurship, design thinking, leadership development, play-based learning, ecology, and restorative justice. Since 2007, I have also been living an active, healthy, and joyful life with Multiple Sclerosis.

  • I work with clients to help them uncover and use their innate creativity and resources through careful listening, observation, and thoughtful questions.

Whether you're developing practical skills, creating a clear vision for your life's next chapter, or simply taking the first steps toward meaningful change, I'm guided by the belief that any movement - no matter how small - breaks through inertia and creates momentum. Rather than waiting for perfect answers, I help people identify what they can do now and start moving in a direction that feels right.

My approach is solution-focused, deeply empathetic, and grounded in a genuine curiosity about what's possible. I work to create a space where you can explore important questions without judgment and uncover the wisdom you already carry to generate insights and action.

  • Life is full of transitions, challenges, and possibilities. If you're ready to move from feeling stuck or stalled to creating momentum in your life, I'd love to explore what's possible together.

    I work with:

    • Women navigating chronic illness and seeking to create meaningful, joyful lives

    • Women approaching or experiencing menopause and the physical and emotional transitions that come with it

    • Parents who feel overwhelmed, isolated, or insecure

    • Professionals, business owners, and aspiring entrepreneurs who want to align their work with their values

    • But really, I work with anyone who wants space to create positive change in their life, even if you’re not sure where to begin.
