Professional Solutions-Focused Coaching with Stacey G. Harris
Meet Stacey
As an accredited coach, certified mediator, and long-time educator, I understand that transformation happens when we create spaces for authentic conversation and self-reflection. For over twenty years, I’ve worked with people during some of the most challenging moments in their lives.

I believe that we all have gifts and are needed for the gifts we bring. I work from the understanding that we are all doing the best we can in every moment. My job is to create a space where you can think clearly about where you are, where you want to go, and how to get there.
I believe young people need the freedom to explore and fall and try again. If you're a young adult, you might appreciate working with an adult who doesn't have an agenda for what your life should look like. Parents appreciate having someone who understands both parental concerns and a child's need for independence—including the importance of passing along the baton of control.
In our work together, I create space for you to explore important questions. Whether you want to develop practical skills - how to have difficult conversations, how to set boundaries, how to make decisions when the path isn't clear - or spend time on deeper questions about what you actually want your life to look like, I bring curiosity about your experience and deep respect for your process.
You are not broken and you don't need fixing. You are navigating real challenges and want a thoughtful partner in that process. If that resonates with you, I'd welcome the conversation.

You might be facing parenting challenges, family conflicts, or shifts in important relationships. You might want to get focused on time management or work on navigating relationship dynamics. Maybe you're exploring questions around gender and sexuality, working through the transition to college, or developing resilience during a difficult period.
I work with:
Young adults who are figuring out their next steps and need a sounding board outside their family
Parents navigating the balance between guidance and their child's growing independence
People in career transitions who have the skills but need clarity on direction
But really, I work with anyone who wants space to think deeply about what's happening in their life.
